IT Software Engineer (Oracle HCM Cloud)

We are seeking for IT Software Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with practical experience in configuration, basic extensions, integration, and troubleshooting. This role offers an opportunity to work on end-to-end HCM implementations and support activities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence and more.
  • Develop scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, Page Composer, and Application Composer to meet business requirements.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external/internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and File base data import (FBDI).
  • Provide technical support for issue resolution related to integrations, configurations, and custom developments.
  • Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure accurate and consistent data transfer into Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support to ensure successful solution deployment.
  • Collaborate with Business Users/Analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize performance of custom reports, integrations, and data loads.
  • Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on existing customizations and configurations.
  • Follow coding standards, version control practices, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

 

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts.
  • Ability to develop and customize BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formulas and personalization using Page Composer.
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and business processes.
  • Exposure to HCM security roles and data access configurations.
  • Experience working in Agile is a plus.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
